for regulating the nervous system, supporting postural alignment, injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, addressing repetitive stress concerns, and the overall physical recovery of life and living.

This work aims to treat the Whole Person and is suitable for all bodies and ages
Experienced with treating specific issues such as frozen shoulder, thoracic outlet syndrome, sciatica, carpal tunnel, post surgery hip replacement, migraines, headaches, scoliosis, IT syndrome, tmj(d), and more.

While relaxation may occur these treatments aim to address root causes to dis-ease and dis-comfort from a body centered holistic perspective.

Masks are optional. Your massage therapist is happy to wear an N95 if you like.
Plan on an additional 30 minutes to your treatment to support your arrival, assessments and post treatment integration.
