Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy is firm.
Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance
Appointments canceled/rescheduled in less than 24 hours and no shows will be
charged the full service fee.
Fees will need to be paid in full prior to being able to book the next appointment.
Text and Email reminders are a courtesy sent out 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Clients are responsible for showing up for their appointments with or without reminders
Cell service is not always 100% reliable sending text alerts. Choosing CBD add on can cause issues with text alerts going through your carrier. Please mark your own calendars and notifications as needed.

Prepaid Services and Expiration Dates
Gift certificates and all credits are good for 1 year from date of purchase as previously advertised since inception and expire thereafter.

​Emails are linked to individual clients. If you are booking for someone else, please provide their full name, email and phone number which you can add in a note for the appointment.
Your credit card information secures your appointment. Other payment methods are available for check out.
