* Traditional Thai Massage and Integrative Bodywork as Medicine

Often described as having someone do yoga for you, Thai Massage integrates the therapeutic benefits of being able to let go and have the body open up for new potential; soothing, regulating the nervous system, releasing stagnation and allowing fresh revitalized energy to flow through the body.

Sometimes described as the best of both worlds, massage and physical therapy, Thai Massage supports rehabilitation of injuries and dis-ease while bringing in physical awareness to the quality of function and movement.

This ancient healing modality is typically performed with the client clothed while lying on a futon mat. Table modifications are available or may be appropriate for certain individuals. Rhythmic compressions address muscular tension and soothe the nervous system, while movement and stretching open the body to new spaces and potential, supporting optimal alignment and performance. Meridian therapy and acupoints address the energetic pathways facilitating optimal renewal and healing.

Additional but limited time is allocated for your arrival, assessment, and integration of treatment before your departure. Anticipate your entire visit to be approximately 30 minutes longer than the treatment time you are looking for.
While Thai Massage sets the foundation of your treatment, multiple disciplines and modalities are available. A unique and customized blend will be applied for your personal experience.

*Traditional Thai Massage, blending manual compression, rocking, movement, stretching & Sen/Meridian work
